Slightly Adjusted Staffs
# Goal
To enhance the fantasy of using a staff as a weapon while generally keeping it on the same power level
The staff is considered to be a weak weapon, and while viable, does not offer as much as I’d like. There is a fantasy to the staff, as a pacifists weapon and as a weapon of desperation. I’d like to change the stats around to make it fulfil that fantasy better as well as make it mechanically viable by carving out a niche for it.

## Changes
– Adds a 10 defence modifier, it feels appropriate to have a bonus to melee defense and makes it unique compared to other polearms
– Adds a 1.2 damage multiplier to robots, this makes the staff a more interesting and viable option for polearms users
– Increases cut modifier to 0.2, this makes it on par with the mercenary club and lets the user level dexterity ever so slightly faster
– Lowers attack modifier by 2, this compensates for the damage given by cut and feels appropriate for the weapon
– increases length to 26, this makes the staff on par with other polearms
