Realistic Apparel Diversity [RAD] – Starving Bandits/Vagrants
Gives hungry bandits more diversity by giving them some appropriate clothing extensions (or chances to be shirtless). They have a new custom colour palatte for a bunch of dyed shirts and rags, and rarely a defensive item like a Leather Vest. Tagelmusts, Turbans, and Wool Hats can also be found.
Now with vagrants!
