White Eyebrow Clan readded
White Eyebrow is on a wanted poster, but doesn’t exist in-game?!
Re-adds the White Eyebrow Clan, the historical enemies of the Black Dragon Ninjas. Mod changes up the stats a bit so that Grunts have more clothing and weapon options, and so that White Eyebrow himself is actually stronger – I also gave him an Edge long cleaver. Grunts may have combat cleavers, long cleavers, staffs, or short cleavers.
Adds a rare White Eyebrow patrol in the Swamps, since the poster mentioned activity there. However, White Eyebrow himself can be found as a wandering squad in Stobe’s Garden, along with other generic White Eyebrow patrols. Here, they have a chance to run into their arch-rivals, the Black Dragon Ninjas.
