Military Treaties for Militias
You ever start a game as the USA and think, I want to make a Power Bloc based on the Monroe Doctrine? You then see that in the base-game countries with National Militias can’t form a Military Treaty Power Bloc. Your landowners, ofcourse, refuse to budge on the topic of the Professional Army law, so the Central American nations all fall into the British Empire Power Bloc.
With this mod that has been changed. Countries with National Militias can now form Military Treaty Power Blocs if they so choose.
