A small prefab of the East Bohemian regional variant T06B-Vč of the nationwide type T06B. This house in particular is located in Hradec Králové in the Svobodné Dvory district and was built in 1973-1974. The house has 2 floors (1 storey), 4 sections, each with one flat (4 in total), as it is a terraced house. A special feature is the use of two different gravel variants for the front/rear and the sides of the house.
