Better Bastiladons
The Bastiladons have always been overshadowed in campaign by their better cousin the Stegadon. But I don’t feel like their role should overlapse. Bastiladons have always been built to be solid frontlines but their stats don’t reflect it all in my opinion. They clearly were not solid enough to hold a good frontline.
The variants are mostly filling a support role with the Arch of Sotek and the Revification crystal and so I didn’t change them. I however changed the Solar Engine one. It was bad and without a lot of impact. So I boosted it.
General changes :
– More armor
– Physical and Missile resistances
– More health
– Slightly higher offensive stats
– Higher melee defense
– Slightly higher mobility and maneuverability
Solar Engine changes :
– Higher Range
– Bigger explosion
– Projectile ignore trees
– Higher AP damage and Explosion AP damage
– More reload skill and accuracy
Compatibility : Anything that does not change the stats of the Bastiladons should be ok. If there is any problem, don’t hesitate to contact me.

This mod is going to be part of a serie of mods that I am currently working on, aiming to "rebalance" (buff) certain factions to be more logical and consistant with their lore capabilities. It will NOT be a balanced serie of mods and the different races will clearly not perform at the same level. Consequently, I will divide this serie into races and each race will have their own modpack to buff certain units (like here with only the Bastiladons) so that you all can choose your prefered race and go to town with it or choose a challenge and go full madman against races designed to be more powerful.
