Glue Trap SWEP (Sandbox/TTT)

Features
- Glue Trap SWEP with custom animations, models, materials and icons
- Placed traps will stick all physics objects and ragdolls
- Players stepping into the trap will be slowed to a crawl
- The trap cancels fall damage – you can MLG glue trap yourself to break a fall!
- Traps are breakable, but not by bullets
- TTT (and TTT2) support – traitors and detectives can buy a pack of 3 traps for 1 credit
Unfortunately the traps do not affect NPCs for now. Due to the way NPC movement works, it would be difficult to implement.
