Description:

Fixed some bugs that existed in the vanilla game.

1. fixed an issue where Radicals could not be generated in Monarchies.
2.[1.7]Fixed the official decision "tibet_expedition" try to check TIB that do not exist

You can suggest any issues you find here and I will try to fix them. The usefulness of this mod may change with game updates.
