Made it lore friendly and balanced as possible. Does not add new terrains, it only modifies existing terrain to make it buildable.
The soils can be found in the Floors tab after researching Terraforming. Terraforming is only unlockable after Deep Drilling is researched.
This is save compatible, you can load/unload the mod as you wish.
