[LWotC] Skip Gatecrasher

Reason for reupload:
In LWotC starting soldiers don’t get mission xp after Gatecrasher thus don’t get promoted with "Quicker Start" mod. This mod fixes that.
Description from original mod:
A replacement for the Quick Start mod that skips the first mission and jumps you directly to the post-mission briefing. No time in the skyranger waiting for things to load, no weird palettes. You get corpses, loot, and xp exactly as if you had done Gatecrasher yourself, but with no chance of injury or death.
Known Issue:
Nothing that I know.
If you are already subscribed to "Quicker Start", unsubscribe from that before subscribing to this mod.
