Description:

Adds and modifies shapes.

Features:
1) Added hollow ellipse shape. Size can be altered as normal.
2) Pressing the MOD key (ctrl by default) will force the ellipses to be circles.
3) Ellipse and hollow ellipse now grow from the starting point. The starting point will be the center.
4) HEXAGONS!

Compatibility:
This script modifies `src/main/java/view/tool/PLACER_TYPE.java` and it’s incompatible with any other mod that does so.
