Kim Pine
Kim Pine is a fast character with lots of mobility options and combo potential. She’s the drummer of her band, Sex Bob-Omb, so she brings various abilities coming from her talent as a percussionist!
Kim swipes her drumstick forward. If you land it, she performs a drum roll and finishes it with a final hit that is a great kill move! Make sure not to miss the attack or you’ll be stuck recovering from it.
Kim slaps rapidly infront of her with a large hitbox. This move is great for racking up damage.
Using her drumsticks, Kim spins rapidly. It can be a quick burst option to get opponents off of you or a strong kill tool if charged. When used in the air, you can aim in all 8 directions.
Kim manifests her angst into a large projectile. This move is laggy, slow, and doesn’t go very far. Despite it’s flaws, you can use this projectile to control the stage or catch opponents offstage
To introduce her band, Kim yells so loud a speech bubble spawns above her. This bubble has a large hitbox and stays out for a while, but be careful. If the bubble is hit, Kim will be stunned for a few seconds. This attack is great at catching landings or as a combo ender (Try up throw into up strong for a quick combo!)
Kim’s up-tilt has her tap her sticks above her repeatedly, counting to four. If you input down strong INSTEAD of counting to four, Kim’s drum set will fall from the air, spiking opponents down into the following attack. You can use this to take a stock or try to spike your opponent at the edge of the stage.
Remember, the input is: U-Tilt, U-Tilt, U-Tilt, D-Strong. She should count to three before doing down strong. Make sure to time the move correctly as well
