[1.7.3] Victoria 3 – Resurgent
Changes include but are not limited to:
- Army and Warfare (weaker irregulars, general military consumption as well as defensive recapture nerf)
- Diplomacy (liberating countries as subjects, diplo maneuvers etc.)
- Economy (better trading)
- Fixed journal entries, general game balance, rebalance of different things.
- QOL changes.(better UI, better tooltips, cleaner UI)
- Better decrees(better UI, better tooltips, cleaner UI)
