Fallout: To Ashs

this is my first try at modding so any crashs are probably my fault.
The main point of this mod is to fix/balance the mod then add more too it and add more of the lore to help the mod do its best
this is a fallout mod that i barrowed (stole) form a good mod/modder here is a link for those who want to see the OG and see it out, (it is a bit old though.)
