Hero Training Skill Uber Buff – W&P Updated

This mod was my attempt at getting my feet wet but if you find a use for it, by all means, enjoy!
See the mod by Ashantai if you like more realistic or measured improvements to the training skill related to experience points. This one gives a larger buff of 100/150/200 extra per level for that skill. It’s probably not unreasonable if you use your heroes for things besides being embedded in armies, or as a way to counter CA’s XP buff to the AI they implemented before the Potion of Speed update.
