Weapons Crafting Max Stats
When crafting a weapon its stats will always roll to the maximum value in each active category.
It won’t unlock every category of a weapon, you just just get the normal base categories for that weapon and no random bonus categories for a grey weapon, one random bonus category on blue weapons, two on purple and three on red.
The base categories and the 0 to 3 random bonus categories will all roll with their maximum value.
