Hello from Brazil!
The Royal Court is too critical of a feature to be restricted to Kings only since historically, some Dukes were much richer and more powerful than many kings. Paradox restricted the Royal Court to Kings due to balance issues. Fixing all these issues is a far-reaching goal for modders, but at least we can make Royal Court dukes playable and somewhat balanced. Here is an attempt to make it work built upon the previous work of modders, plus my own contributions.
This mod changes very few files and is mostly compatible with everything. It will replace any amenities changes from other mods. Don’t worry with loading order.

It may seem complicated, but this is still a very simple mod that changes very few files and lines of text. Don’t worry too much about the details. The balance is not perfect, but if you like to play as a Duke and miss the Royal Court, just jump in and enjoy!
