  • Ancient Wonders
    • Lost Tombs give +10 Souls instead of income based on crypt
  • Bug Fixes
    • River Troll’s Throw Net can flank
    • Inquisitor’s Bolt of Judgement can flank
    • Umbral Sword now properly does 3 frost damage
    • Veteran’s Pike damage has been lowered from 16 to 14 to match other t1 Polearms
  • Buildings
    • Requirements have been changed into being part of the Boost requirement, except for Coastal province requirements
    • Boost requirements for Food buildings & Knowledge buildings have been swapped
    • Tier 2 Townhalls have no population requirement
    • Wizard Tower: Prison Cells cost has been reduced to 35 Gold, 35 Mana & 70 Production
    • Yields from cultural buildings have been standardized:

  • City population max cap increased to 99 from 30 [CityDefinition_Strategic.rpk/City Core
  • Conversions
    • 25% conversion methods have been added for Production to Draft/Food/Knowledge/Mana
    • 10% Production to Binding Essence conversion has been added
    • Draft converts to City Stability at a 33% rate instead of to Food at a 25% rate
  • Frost Wyverns are no longer just objectively better than the other wyverns
  • Cultures
    • Dark
      • Interrogation Dungeon no longer gives +2 Knowledge per hero in the Prison. Culture_Dark.rpk/City Stability Tier 2 – Interrogation Dungeon
      • Overlord’s Tower cost reduced to 170 Gold, 450 Production from 280 Gold, 750 Production.
      • Ritual Mausoleum cost increased to match Bathhouse. Now summons a Banshee in defensive siege battles
    • Feudal
      • Lord’s Manor now gives +10 Food, +2 gold & production per population
    • High
      • Solar Nexus gives +8 City Stability per Conduit/Research Post, up from +5
    • Industrious
      • Bastion’s Barricade cost increased to 280 Gold, 750 Production from 100 Gold, 250 Production. Fortification Health doubled from 20 to 40. City Stability doubled from 10 to 20
    • Primal
      • Shrine to the Spirits gives +2 City Stability/Draft/Knowledge/Mana per Farm instead of +10 Food
    • Reaver
      • Don’t have -1 Whispering Stone, but lose Total War. Culture_Reaver.rpk/Reaver Culture – Faction Property Giver
      • Declaration of Supremacy works on Human players, costs 20 War Spoils to declare and cost does not increase as the game goes on. Costs 2 War Spoils + 2 War Spoils per additional declaration to maintain. Increases Casus Belli gain by +40%. Relations gain removed. Culture_Reaver.rpk/Reaver Culture – Declaration – Supremacy
      • Extraction Nexus gives +5 Gold/Mana per SPI, up from 2. Culture_Reaver.rpk/Extraction Nexus

      • Non-Primal Staff options start with Runed Leggings
      • Magelock begins with a Helmet
  • Item Forge/Random Item Generation
    • The split elemental damage enchantments (e.g. Arcfire, Death, Radiant) are no longer available for non-magical weapons
    • Ignore Status Resistance effects can no longer be stacked on a single item

    • The pick weight for elemental resistance on random items has been increased from 0 to 2
    • The pick weight for physical damage on non-magic weapons has been increased from 10 to 50
