Ottomad – Tanzimat fix
A quick bugfix for the Ottomans Tanzimat mission set in the journal.
The mod makes the following changes:
– Removes the requirement to raise literacy by a flat 20%, the requirement to reach 20% total literacy has been changed to 25% to be in line with the increased time limit introduced in 1.7.2
– Replaces the urbanization requirement with the generic urbanization journal requirements to only require incorporated states to have an urban center.
