HLZ Foxtrot – Vietnam CQC
A force of four UH-1 Hueys carrying infantrymen is ambushed while landing, with two of the helicopters being shot down. It is now up to the force able to disembark from the surviving helicopters to eradicate the insurgents, secure the local what-used-to-be-a-village, and take back the crash site.
This is a quick map. I made it in only a day, inspired to a trip to the National Infantry Museum at Ft. Benning, Georgia. I accidentally made it a tad too small, but it works anyways. Some nice little helicopters that I made out of primitives are on the map, as are a lot of trees. Also, you can’t go beyond the hills, since the map is so darn small.
