Norm from hit show "The New Norm" is a joke character, none of us endorse the crap he says in the source material. he welds his iconic back-scratcher and can of gay beer to smash the "woke" foes into oblivion.
Norm is a rushdown with mutiple (like 2) upward movement options, his gay beer is a great tool of his he throws and traps his foes in. Neutral Special makes norm throws the gay beer as a projectile to keep foes away and get them caught in mix-ups! He can also deploy the woke government surveilance device with down special, don’t get near it or it’ll call you offensive and blow up! he can use this as both a trap and a tool to juggle his foes.
TopazBlaze created the basic spritework and Jonah most of the made the animations and coding. This is based on the MUGEN mod by CalzoneCave.
