Citizens Shotgun reload fix
This addon fixes the shotgun reload animation for rebels/citizens (and any normal npc that uses citizen animations.) that means no more t-posing when they run out of ammo with the shotgun.
This changes the "humans/male_ss.mdl" file
The broken shotgun thing has aways bothered me, but now its fixed.
The female rebels had a shotgun reload animation and so did the male rebels, but for some reason it didnt work, so i copied the female rebel’s shotgun reload into the male rebels and it worked.
It should go without saying, but this only changes NPCs. playermodels use this exact same reload animation so you have no excuse to spam me with "make this for playermodels"
