Adds Fishing as a technology.[NEWLINE][NEWLINE]I’m using these files in another project and I just wanted to upload this little mod for other modders that may be interested, since moving workboats and sea improvements to an earlier tech makes room for more additions between Sailing/Optics. This’ll save you a little time. : )[NEWLINE][NEWLINE]Also, if anybody can get William Morgan Sheppard to read my tech quote and record it, I’d greatly appreciate it! haha
