Proszovia Map – Post-war start
Hi!
I present to you the next map from the ‘Realistic Start’ series. This time it’s Proszovia.
—– The map is 30 by 30 kilometers as opposed to the standard 20 by 20. This was all done with the help and basing on Lex’s map. I have permission to do this ——
Proszovia is one of many states, which gained independence from Toprussia after The War, though the history of its culture and people goes far back. Its rapid developement was sadly hampered after another war and it will be your job to rebuild the country!
The flatland, which constitutes much of the map’s area provides a great base for building huge industries, though most of the resources are located in the mountains in the southern part of the country. The state borders the soviet block from 3 sides and the western block from one side, which is hard to access through the very high mountains.
The region’s river net is very well developed, which might help to transport resources by ship, but also makes it harder to build infrastructure.
The region’s capital, Proszów, is located on a hill at the meeting point of two main rivers. It is the biggest city on the map and the most important one industry and transport-wise. Just near it is Kalinów, which was developed in the 1920s. This is where the most modern and biggest factory in the region is located. I’ll leave the rest for you to explore by yourself :).
Rebuilding the road and rail network will be a huge challenge, but once you are done with it, you gain access to many useful cities and industries.
I have taken some requests into account and the population on the map is decreased compared to earlier maps.
