Tradeable Construction Good Fixes
This adds a (very small) amount of construction to subsistence farms and a (small) amount of construction to urban centres.
Urban centres will gain more construction per level as the PM increases from market stalls to elevators. From 0.5 construction to 2 construction per level.
Each subsistence farm provides 0.1 construction per level with home workshops, and 0.05 without.
I’m hoping that this should give states enough at the start of the game to not instantly go into massive debt and spend 4 years building a single construction sector. I have also played around with making construction a local good, but so far have decided against including it in this submod.
Latest update makes the mod compatible with 1.7 and reduces the construction output of both Subsistence Farms and Urban Centres
