Welcome to Monolith City! The slummiest city to ever exist, battle atop Bobert’s apartment and overlook the city of smog itself! Inhale some bad quality smog when fighting your opponents, or maybe see the decent view and gaze upon the ancient monolith or some crusty billboards.
