About the Oriole
The S.S. Oriole is a liquid cargo tanker inspired by the real whaleback freighters that used to sail the great lakes. Oriole is able to load, carry, and unload liquid cargo such as jet fuel, oil, gasoline, or any other liquid cargo that needs shipping. She has many cabins for a full crew of people, lots of detail, and a sink mode. Her rounded decks, powerful stabiliser, and low freeboard make her very capable in rough storms. She has an unloaded speed of 17 knots but will be a little bit slower when loaded. The cargo can be managed by the turret on the bow, and the refuelling ports are behind it on the spar deck. She fits in the default ship workbench so no need to mod it or use the mission editor!
