Onboard Combustion Centrifuge Controller
Place this in the chip slot on the combustion centrifuge.
Optionally, connect a diode slider to d0 (progress slider and indicator)
This will handle everything from startup to idle shutdown, as well as unloading
Currently setup to handle oxygen-volatiles mix, though should be easy to tweak to use for nitrous-volatiles mix
