DRGBase – Vergil DMC3 SNPC
DRGBase SNPC of Vergil from Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition.
Vergil is the main antagonist of Devil May Cry 3, and the brother of Dante, the main character.
This mod contains: Vergil SNPC (possessable), with 3 different music choices. You can also choose to have no music as well. A Dante Must Die version for each musical choice is also included (Dante Must Die is essentially an extreme difficulty version).
!!!IMPORTANT FOR MULTIPLAYER!!!: Make sure to spawn Vergil close to all players, otherwise the music will not function for players who were far away.
So how does Vergil work? He’ll teleport around, before he either attacks by sending Mirage blades or Judgement Cuts your way. If he gets close then he’ll attack you with either of his swords, so be careful. He will heal with Devil Trigger making him an even harder opponent to kill. He has his 2 iconic special attacks from his final boss fight as well, Judgement Cut End and Super Devil Trigger.
Controls (anything in the parentheses is the default Gmod option):
WASD = Movement
Attack1 (Left mouse) = Attacks/Combo
Attack2 (Right mouse) = Judgement Cut
Crouch (Ctrl) = Judgement Cut End
Sprint (Shift) = Dash
Jump (Space) = Jump
Slow walk (Alt) = Taunt
Reload (R) = Devil Trigger
+grenade1 (Bind in console) = Mirage blades
Movement key & +grenade2 (Bind in console) = Trick teleport
To bind either of the “+grenade” commands copy this:
“bind [your desired key here] +grenade[your desired command]”
Example:
“bind b +grenade1”
Remember to NOT include the quotation marks when you bind keys.
PS: Use WASD when possessing to go at your enemy when you’re attacking to have an easier time hitting them.
