According to the scenario the game starts in 1917. To do this, you need to use The Timemaster mod or other means.
– All roads except gravel roads are blocked.
– All bridges except wooden ones are blocked, as well as all tunnels.
– High-voltage power lines of high power from 10 MW are blocked.
– The use of most mods that improve game balance requires research.
Decrees of the Secretary General (not blocked by research, but they are required)
– Possibility to take out loans – separately in dollars and rubles.
– The ability to attract more than 9,728 migrants during the entire passage.
– Unlocking since 1925 the ability to process resources with sale. The goal is that without research, every production chain must be created by the republic itself if we want to sell goods abroad.
– Unlocking the ability to purchase trains, planes and ships since 1930.
Installation:
1. Subscribe to this mod and wait for it to download.
2. Right-click on the game and select control > show local files. You are in the index with the game, usually "steamappscommonSoviet Republicmedia_soviet".
Go to the address "media_soviet".
3. Find a source with the mod. To do this, another window with the same address that you have open now, then successively several levels higher in the ‘steamapps’ index, and then successively into the sublabel with the mod ‘steamappsworkshopcontent7841503271544026’.
4. Copy the media_soviet modom folders from the folders to the previously opened media_soviet folder of the game.
