Happy April Fool’s day everyone! How better to celebrate this day than by making a partially recognized nation, even if it’s only Koso-so. (And no, this doesn’t reflect my political views, it’s just an April Fool’s)
Adds the Kosovar Civilization to the game under Ibrahim Rugova!
UA: League of Prizren. Gain +1 Loyalty in every owned city following your religion per active alliance, as well as +10% Culture per level 3 alliance in cities following your religion.
UU: UCK. Replaces the Infantry. +10 combat strength when stationed in Districts or adjacent to your borders. Foreign cities with at least one adjacent UCK lose 3 Loyalty per turn.
UB: Kulla. Replaces the Granary. Provides no food, but rather +1 Culture, +1 Production. Grants +5% Food while its city is happy. Provides +3 defense per alliance, as well as an additional +3 for level 3 alliances.
Ibrahim Rugova
LUA: Gandhi of the Balkans. Cities following your religion gain additional Amenities and exert additional Loyalty pressure while at peace. Cities with a garrison gain +5% Culture and Production per active alliance.
Agenda: Crystals of Peace. Likes those who are willing to recognize the legitimacy of his nation through declaring friendship with him. Is not sympathetic towards those who lead wars against their neighbors, as well as those who declare surprise wars.
