The Competent Operator
All land units can move between cities regardless of distance. Miniwheel provides a combat strength bonus to nearby units.

Miniwheel
The Unique Unit that does not replace any units. Can enter territories of other civilizations without opening borders.

UNION UU2
Closer
Replaces the Infantry. Changes to special Closers randomly when trained.
