UA: La Soleil is now open!
Cannot gain settlers nor annex cities. From the Classical era, you can build unique buildings which provides Luxury Resource, Food, Culture and Tourism in the capital. The number of unique buildings increase by era and they disappear after certain turns. May purchase in puppeted cities.
UU: Catgirl
This La Soleil’s unique Great Person replaces the Great Merchant. Can travel into rival civilization’s territory without Open Borders Agreement. Catgirl can also travel to another civilization and perform a Concert Tour, which will give you a one-time boost in Tourism in that territory. Can purchase City-States outright, bringing them under La Soleil control as a Puppet.
UB: Minazukike
In addition to the regular abilities of the East India Company which it replaces, the Minazukike has 2 Merchant Specialist Slots. Can build Catgirl after Biology is researched.
UI: Cardboard Box
Cardboard box can be build outside of the territory and converts the adjacent tiles to La Soleil’s territory and can use the strategic resources in that territory. You get 2 Food when catgirls stationed within a Cardboard Box for your capital. When pillaged, you lose all of the land which was obtained by the cardboard box if the box was built outside of your city work radius.
