Fleur de Lapin
Adds the Fleur de Lapin led by Kirima Sharo from the "Is the Order a Rabbit?" series as a playable civilization.
Kirima Sharo’s Fleur de Lapin is a civilization that relies heavily upon the Liberty Tree, while still looking towards Specialists. Sharo leads a Medieval powerhouse and a strong Science Civilization, although Sharo will usually be mired by poverty through a good portion of the game.
All cities gold purchases its first building for free. First vanilla specialist of each type except merchants in a city yields double base yield and Great People Points. Free Blue Collar after the discovery of Bronze Working.
Replaces Settlers and Workers. Trained at Settler Cost and stagnates the city while being produced. Can found cities, Works 50% Faster, Ignores Terrain Costs, and may build Fishing Boats if Community Patch is enabled. In addition, Cutting Forests yield double production, and Jungles also yield production.
NOTE: Due to how the game handles Improvements and Build orders, Blue Collars must be explicitly given the order to cut forest or jungle to get the full production benefit, and cannot be set to autobuild.
Replaces the Bank. Available at Printing Press instead of Banking. Loses the base flat Gold Yield and requires 2 maintenance, but retains the 25% Gold modifier. +3 Science. Merchant Slot is replaced by a Scientist Slot, and causes the city to generate Great People 25% faster.
Sharo as an AI player will be rather mild: While not a total pacifist, Sharo will prefer to stay neutral, or guarded if the player proves too strong (without CP) rather than going into wars. Sharo is also moderate on both growth and expansion, instead focusing primarily on Science and Great People. Sharo is also likely to maintain a fairly decent defensive army, and as the game progresses will be very keen on deploying aircrafts and aircraft carriers. However, Sharo is a very loyal leader, above a backstab unless the player strains the relationship through things like warmongering.

NOTE: This civilization was released through a workaround 7-Zip Compression instead of the ModBuddy’s default compression due to the MSB4018 error. If the civilization will not unzip or install, manually download the .civ5mod file through Steam Downloader, change the file format to ZIP, and then use AlZip, WinZip, 7-Zip or any other unzipping program and unzip the content to the Mod folder. However, WinRar doesn’t work, and if any unzipping programs do not work, try either AlZip or 7-Zip, which have been tested and proven to work.
"Is the Order a Rabbit?" and its characters are owned by Koi, and all assets belong to respective owners. Credit is given in the Credits.txt file, and no profit is sought from the creation of the mod. This mod is for enjoyment only.
