UA: Tsukkomi – Receive Culture per turn based on 1/3 of excess Happiness when you and a declared friend has Denounced the same Civilization. Get +10% Building Production speed in all Cities as long as you are Denouncing a Civilization.
UU: Oozora Police – Replaces the Tank. Weaker, but starts with +1 Sight and +1 Movement. Also this unit receives a +15% Combat Strength when inside the territory of a denounced Civilization.
UB: Sports Club – Replaces the Stadium. Also grants +2 Production and +2 random Great Person Points.
