Great Generals may be expended like Great Scientists for a large amount of Science. All land units increase the chance of spawning a Great General from combat by 50%.
Unique Unit: ELMA-DS (replace Rifleman)
ELMA-DS is the unique Jacqlian replacement for the Rifleman. It carries the Virus promotion, allowing it to capture the defeated enemy units. It also carries the Blitz promotion, allowing it attack twice in a single turn.
Unique Building: Symphonic Reactor (replace Castle)
+15% combat strength for units that build in this city, in friendly territory. 25% military unit production in this city. +1 Science for every 2 Citizens in this City.
