A Great Engineer appears when researched Machinery. Manufactories and engineers yield science. All land units grants +1 movement when started a turn on roads or railroads. Civilian Units ignores movement penalty from terrain.

Xianyun UB
Mechanism Workshop
Replaces the workshop. Provides 2 engineer slots. Also, all land units trained in this city use half movement on hills.

Xianyun UU
Millelith
Replaces the Pikeman. Combat Strength increases by mountain tiles of the city that trained the unit. Also, get Combat Strength bonus near mountain tiles.
