Add a new Civilization of Kancolle Kongou

All the arts are from the Internet, so if you’re the author and you don’t wanna I use your work.Please tell me and I’ll change

This mod is just for fun.So any positive or negative suggestions is accepted. So if you have any idea, just leave your comment, and I’ll read and think about it as soon as possible.

Civilization: Kancolle Kongou

Leader:Kongou

Trait:Burning Loooooooooooooove!!

Golden age duration doubled.Unhappiness from cities and people decrease 20%.Naval units add extra 2 movement.Award one exclusive free building Chinjufu instead of Palace.

Unique Buildings:

Chinjufu(replace palace):
an exclusive building for Kancolle Leaders.
Sea plot near the city +3 PRODUCTION GOLD RESEARCH +1 CULTURE.Naval units +15 XP.

Reatea House(replace windmill):
An exclusive building for leader Kongou which can increase your happiness and your production.
+25% PRODUCTION,Golden age duration add 10%.

Unique Unit:

Battleship Kongou(replace battleship):
Very powerful exclusive Battleship Kongou who will never be replaced by advanced units in the game till the end.She has extra movement and can attack twice at a turn.She even can move after attack.The range of her range attack is 5.

Resources: TWO Oils
unique promotions:
Type 0 Observation Seaplane:+3 Extra Sight
35.6cm Twin Gun Mount Kai Ni: Can move after attack and attack twice a turn.
Battleship Kongou Kai Ni C(replace missile cruiser):

Tips:

1.Kongou will be born beside the sea,so the most important thing is that you have to build your capital beside the sea.
2.Kongou is a very friendly leader who doesn’t love to fight.So when an AI plays Kongou, it might never fight.
3.Because I’m not a native English speaker, so current diplomacy texts were replaced from Elizabeth, if someone wants unique diplomacy texts, maybe I’ll write them.

Seems to be unbalanced, yea, It’s a kancolle fun’s work, so it might be unbalanced but fun!

似乎并不平衡，是的，这是一个舰队收藏粉丝的作品，所以它可能并不平衡，但是应该会很有趣
