Adds Helvetia from Sora No Woto as a playable civilization.

Begin with a Castle and a Great Work of Music slot in the Capital. Gain progress towards Great Musicians from combat.. -15% Production cost for Units in cities which have a Great Work of Music.
UU: Signaller
The Signaller is one of Helvetia’s unique units, replacing the Great Musician. The Signaller provides extra Sight to nearby Units and when expended on a tile containing a Fort or Citadel, a portion of the map is revealed nearby. Use them to give your scouting forces an extra advantage and discover potential threats before they reach you.
UU: Takemikazuchi
Takemikazuchi is one of Helvetia’s unique units, replacing the Tank. Takemikazuchi moves faster than the Tank and may jump a distance from friendly territory, though at the cost of being more expensive. Use them to get to the front lines quickly and eliminate threats a safe distance from friendly lands.
Has custom music from Sora No Woto! Peace music is Amazing Grace, war music is Le Peril, both arranged by Michiru Oshima.
Supports Events and Decisions, will add support for more mods later. I also may add music clips to go along with the Great Works of Music.
All art assets done by me, using art taken from google and whatnot. If anyone has proper sources, I would appreciate knowing them, so I could credit.
