All Spies start at Agent rank (Rank 2). Receive 1 Spy in the Classical Era.
From Medieval Era, Spies in foreign cities takes 5% of the City’s Gold and Science.
UU : Yuuji Kazami
After research Civil Service, Yuuji Kazami will be appears. If this unit killed, this unit will appear again after 20 (standard speed) turn.
Can enter rival territory without open borders agreement and invisible to all Units except Destroyers, Missile Cruisers and other Submarines, or until it attacks or is adjacent to another unit.
Strength, Movement and Visibility Range is increase by era.
Within 2 tiles of an enemy City, even if you are not at war, that City becomes 25% more susceptible to enemy Spies from all Civilizations. At the Industrial Era, range is increase 3 tiles and At the Modern Era, 50% more susceptible to enemy Spies.
After Modern Era, Adjacent enemy City and if you are at war by city owner, that City get 75 Damage. At the Atomic Era, City damage increase 100 and Information Era, Range is increase 2 tiles.
