Shirakami Fubuki’s Su-Corn Land
Adds the meme queen, the leader of Hololive Gamers, and the Fox Burger King alien cat fox, Shirakami Fubuki, leading her Su-Corn subjects, as a playable civilization.
UA: Only Friends – +1 Influence to all City-States per turn for every Declaration of Friendship you have, up to 35 Influence.
UU: Mach 2.42 Blossom – Replaces the Bomber. Starts with the Air Targeting I promotion and is trained faster for each Declaration of Friendship.
UB: Kon-mill – Replaces the Windmill. Has a Merchant Specialist slot, instead of an Engineer Specialist slot and yields +1 Food to nearby Camp-based Resources. Can also be built hilly terrain, unlike the flatland-exclusive Windmill, but it requires to be on or near Tundra.
