Happy Pawns Fear No Fire
Pawns get "Fire panic threshold" stat.
While their mood is above that threshold, they stand in place when on fire and try to extinguish themselves.
Otherwise, the game’s base behavior is applied instead.
Value is double mental break threshold (35*2 = 70 base), up to a maximum of 90.
Pyromaniacs never panic on fire.
Requires Harmony.
