Fixes Pay to Win, More Options, Golden Horse Shoe and Broken Glasses not working in Blue Womb treasure rooms.

Pay to Win spawns a restock machine.
More Options spawns an item choice.
Golden Horse Shoe has a 15% chance to spawn an item choice.
If you have REPENTOGON, Broken Glasses has a 50% chance to spawn a blind item choice.
