Uninstall the MW2019 SWEPs NPC Support addon, it creates errors with certain weapons (including melees), preventing them from being registered.
The sole exception is for the non-base weapons Lua code (mg_cinderblock, mg_fists and mg_knife) to create derivative melee weapons, assuming attribution is provided.
This also means you can’t create any kind of "compressed" versions of this addon, as per Garry’s Mod Workshop Rules[wiki.facepunch.com].
