Designed to prevent any ship that comes inside into its Action Radious to Warp out of the Battle, the "Керченско" (Kerch)
is a Combat Cruiser of Average qualities in weaponry, Slow top speed but Acceptable Maneouverability and great shields
is quite often seen escorting Huge Cargo Convoys or Slow Battleships, but never along Fast Military Flotillas due it slow speed
However is still used a lot in Military Operations, Deployed in enemy positions where the enemy shouldnt leave or as a long range inteligence Recon ship behind the Friendly lines
