Yuuma Toutetsu
"In this place, one could almost drown in merriment. It’s not like I hate it… In fact, I love it!"
Yuuma Toutetsu from Touhou 17.5 ("Sunken Fossil World" or "Touhou Gouyoku Ibun") arises for some Aether! She is a heavy weight that primarily attacks with her massive spork, but has some oily tricks up her sleeve.
Gimmick: Oil Meter
Hitting enemies or holding Neutral Special will charge up Yuuma’s Oil Meter. When full, she will have an additional effect to her Up Special, Down Special, and Jab Finisher.
Neutral Special: Inhale
Yuuma Inhales the air (and oil fumes) around her, filling up her meter. This also has a suction effect around her that has her eat whoever is sucked in and is then spat out.
Forward Special: Oil Bubble
Yuuma digs up a bubble of oil that slowly moves forward up and down, damaging anyone it hits. If used in the air, she will throw the bubble out instead
Down Special: Spork Slam
Yuuma leaps into the air and slams down with her spork. If used in the air, she will go directly downwards. If she has full oil meter, two small oil sprouts will erupt beside her upon landing and deal heavy knockback.
Up Special: Petrolium Platform
Yuuma tosses a platform of petrolium beneath her that lingers for a short time. If oil meter is full, two oil bubbles will launch in a similar fashion to Forward Special, with one going right, and the other going left. She cannot use this move for a while after use or unless she is hit.
