TE3 Repaint Set
This pack adds 5 liveries of TE3 locomotives to the game, based on historical prototypes and photographs. TE3 became one of the most mass Soviet diesel locomotive: from 1956 to 1973, 13617 sections in total were produced.
This liveries were chosen by Russian community [vk.com] in a special poll.
- Soviet star was removed from the model on most of liveries
- High accuracy: most of the details have been recreated
- Available as a separate vehicle, do not replace the vanilla TE3
- Custom sound set
ТE3-1330 in the classic green livery of the USSR Ministry of Railways, with a yellow stripe on the body. The livery was created based on general features of TE3s from the Oktyabrskaya Railway: the corresponding inscriptions were painted, including the depot number and index.
- Available: 1956 – 1973
TE3-1339 in a rare factory gray-green color with a steel star on the front. The livery was recreated based on real photos of TE-1339 locomotive. Also, custom nameplate of the Kolomna plant was installed.
- Available: 1961-1973
TE3-6252 in the unique blue-green livery and specific yellow stripe design. The prototype was assigned to the Northern Railway (Северная железная дорога), to the Ivanovo depot. As a bonus, an oval nameplate of the Lugansk plant was installed.
- Available: 1973 – 1991
TE3-7512 in a unique memorial livery, in honor of the Crimean World War 2 hero Mikhail Kornitsky. Based on the real photos, the dark green color, special inscriptions, as well as the symbols and the flag were put.
- Available: 1985 – 1991
ТE3-7511 served on the North Caucasian railroad, attached to the TCH-12 Krasnodar depot until 1999. In the 1990s it had a unique red color, which is loved by many railway fans.
