Rash
Rash from Battletoads hops into the ring. Very fast and agile, Rash’s smash hits are flashy and flamboyant, matching his extroverted personality.
NEUTRAL SPECIAL: TONGUE GRAB
Grabs opponents, and depending on the direction held, will fling them forward or backward.
SIDE SPECIAL: CRUISE
Rash hops into his Spacecruiser and goes for a joyride, firing his weapon several times. Try using it off of a ledge, and reversing your direction!
UP SPECIAL: JETPACK
With a jetpack equipped, Rash flies into the air. You can kick out of it if you’re quick (with A) and even get another spinning attack out of it (with B).
DOWN SPECIAL: ALARMED COUNTER
Rash may appear to be surprised, but he’ll deliver a devastating series of blows and wallops if he gets hit.
OTHER NOTES
Rash is relatively complete, but I’d like to polish some of his moves and his sound effects.
He’s both rigged and uses sprites from the Battletoads arcade game. Hope you enjoy!
