Cathay Sky Lantern Enhance 加强震旦天灯
至今也不清楚CA对震旦的天灯到底是啥定位，反步不行、反大不行、无法防空、体大血少、还没有攻城者，属实是博采众短。
因此对其进行了加强，主要如下：
1、添加 “攻城者” 属性
2、弹药修改：鹤枪弹药→鹤枪爆炸弹药
3、射程从275 → 300
4、单位数量1 → 3
加强仅仅是让它的伤害增加，因为我也不知道如何定位它（现有的招募建筑需要3本城市，这时招募太弱，但是改到2本可招募又太强），如果后面CA出个类似反大反步的反空加成，情况可能会好些
只修改了与武器关联的弹药，理论上兼容所有mod、旧档
娱乐性mod，平衡性未知.
