HD 2K+ HALF-LIFE 1 Headcrab Skin

I’ve always felt that just reusing the HL2 headcrab was an odd choice. Their unkempt and battered appearance came more from the setting the game took place in. In a post-apocalyptic world where the left-over and combine-bred headcrabs roam on a dying planet it does make more sense, visually as well. During the incident gordon finds them fresh from home, so a different look would be logical. And it’s visually fitting into the environment.
And having a good middleground between the hl1 and hl2 version that doesn’t look weird in the eye for the sake of nostalgia or whatever is good.
It’s compatible with any mod that uses the vanilla headcrab model, like fast zombies or BMCE as it’s simply a skin.
Will probably do more of these and give them names like this one. I cannot take credit for the skin itself, this is a mere change of color values, filters etc. that gives it own spin…kinda.
